Colorado has Temporarily Adopted Remote Notarization during the Coronavirus Outbreak.

With the Covid-19 outbreak, many state notary agencies have announced closures or reduced hours. Individuals that need to file documents, records etc., are experiencing delays.

If an accident or illness has left you unable to provide proper input needed for your own care,  a durable Power of Attorney  or Limited Power of Attorney regarding healthcare would allow you to direct an individual of your choosing with broad or limited powers as you like.

The Kanthaka Group offers “Skype” or “Go to Meeting” teleconferences that can assist without you leaving the comfort of your home.  The Kanthaka Group has on site notaries that can assist you with any and all of your document needs.  Below are just a few of the options that we can help with.

  • General or Limited Power of Attorneys
  • Living or Last Will in Testaments
  • Separation and Parenting Plans
  • Settlement Documents
  • Memorandum of Understanding documents

Please contact our office (719) 633-2222 to get more information on how to utilize our services during this trivial time.
