Michelle Belletty-Baez is a dedicated and experienced paralegal from Puerto Rico with over 15 years of legal experience. A native Spanish speaker, Michelle began her journey in the legal field during high school and has since built a strong career rooted in commitment, professionalism, and a passion for justice.

She holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice and is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a focus on Forensic Science, with the goal of attending law school and becoming an attorney.

Throughout her career, Michelle has served as a paralegal to federal judges within the Merit Systems Protection Board and has worked closely with two U.S. District Judges as a clerk. Her early accomplishments include earning 1st place in a regional high school debate competition in the West Region of Puerto Rico, a testament to her analytical thinking and persuasive communication skills.

With over a decade of paralegal experience and a lifelong dedication to the legal profession, Michelle brings insight, precision, and a strong work ethic to every case she supports.
